RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY: If an item doesn’t work out, we are happy to issue a account credit or refund. You must notify us of any returns within 3 days of receiving the item by e-mailing us at BlackFeatherCompany@gmail.com – NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED IF NOT NOTIFIED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM.
Please allow us at least 48 hours to respond to you regarding your return / exchange. Please do not PM us or post on our wall regarding returns & exchanges. We can track responses efficiently via e-mail.
In order to return/exchange an item it must be unworn, tags on, in perfect condition. We will not process any returns for worn items, or items that you received longer than 3 days ago. We encourage you to try on your items as soon as they arrive at your doorstep.
