RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY: If an item doesn’t work out, we are happy to issue a refund or account credit. You must notify us of any returns within 3 days of receiving the item by e-mailing us at BlackFeatherCompany@gmail.com – NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED IF NOT NOTIFIED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM. Please allow us at least 48 hours to respond to you regarding your return / exchange. Please do not PM us or post on our wall regarding returns & exchanges. We can track responses efficiently via e-mail.
In order to return/exchange an item it must be unworn, tags on, in perfect condition. We will not process any returns for worn items, or items that you received longer than 3 days ago. We encourage you to try on your items as soon as they arrive at your doorstep.
GENERALIZED SIZE CHART: Our clothing is true to size. Shop with us the same way you would shop your sizes at any department store. If certain items run big or small we will let you know beforehand.

S = 2-6
M = 8-10
L = 12-14
XL = 16-18
2XL = 20-22
3XL = 24
Make sure you click “ENABLE FACEBOOK MESSENGER” when registering! That way your invoice will directly go to your Facebook Messenger right after you claim something! We encourage you to register now so you’re ready to rock & roll! Your invoices will be sent to the email you sign up with.
TIME TO PAY: Checking out and paying for your invoice is beyond easy! As soon as you claim an item, you will get a Facebook Message AND e-mail letting you know your item has successfully been claimed. You can add as many items to your cart as you’d like, just remember, you must pay within 24 hours or your cart will expire. Once you’re ready to check out, you click the payment link found in your messenger or e-mail! You can checkout using a credit card OR PayPal.

WAITLIST: If an item you want sells out, you will get a notice that we have that item waitlisted for you. If someone claims an item and does not pay for it and you were next in line, you’ll get a notification that it’s been added to your cart! If enough customers are wait-listed, we may TRY re-order a style, and the system will automatically let you know when it’s back in stock! MOST items will NOT be re-ordered and we cannot answer which ones will be. Please REMOVE ITEMS if you do not want to purchase if we re-order. We re-order based on the number of people on the waitlist. We will not always re-order, and re-ordering doesn’t guarantee you’ll get the product. Many times the vendor sells out and we don’t have the ability to reorder that specific item.
Failure to pay will result in removal from the group. Please do not add to your cart only to later remove - continual cart dropping will result in removal of ordering privileges
SHIPPING INFO: Shipping and handling is $6.99 FLAT RATE.
If you live in Canada then shipping is a flat rate of $30.
